Typically orders can be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks depending upon the amount of place cards ordered. This does not include shipping time.

We do offer rush orders on a case by case basis for an additional fee. The additional fee could be up to 50% of the purchase price.

We understand mistakes happen. With this in mind, we allow 24 hours from the time that we receive your guest list for any changes. After 24 hours there will be a fee of $10 per name misspelling update for up to 5 names. Anything beyond that unfortunately will delay your shipment and require an additional charge.

Yes additional names are ok, but this accommodation cannot be guaranteed or may delay your shipment. Please inquire and we will do our best to work with you!

Most clients send the final guest list 3 weeks in advance of their event date. This allows time for order processing and shipping.
